Return Policy
All our products are inspected before we ship it aboard. All the product wrapped very well to avoid damaging it during transition
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging
How to Return Product
First: You can contact us at support@hnbazar.com. Add the refund reason and upload the proof video. If the customer refused to provide us with proof video we have the right not to accept return the item.
Second: We will Audit your application and give you a satisfying solution within 48 hours
Third: Once the return request is approved, HN Bazar Customer Service will provide the shipping label instructions on how and when we will pick up your package . If the information for return request is not complete or doesn’t match with the information request, HN Bazar has the right to refuse the return request. And customer can resubmit the return request with full information
Return Method
After HN Bazar approved the return request, HN Bazar will contact Customer to confirm the reship info, and the reship method as below
Kuwait:Door-to-Door pick up service
Other countries’ Customers: Currently we do not accept return request.
Return cost
First: Customer reason - Change of mind, Not as expected, Ordered by mistake, Ordered wrong color or size
Once HN Bazar confirmed the request is submitted due to customer reason, in this case, the customer will be responsible for the return cost -pick up fee . Once HN Bazar receive the returned products, we will refund the original product cost price after deducting the bank fee.
Note: Customer should pay the pick up fee in advance when return the product
Second: HN Bazar Reason - Totally damaged / Wrong item
Once HN Bazar confirmed the request is submitted due to our reason, HN Bazar will be responsible for the return cost - pick up fee
Refund Policy
HN Bazar have no liability for items once they have been shipped and are in the possession of our carrier partners. Once orders have been shipped we consider the sale to have been completed and the risk of damage is passed onto you

Timeline for Refunds
will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there refund was approved or not within 7 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
